My name is Allan D. Millington
As a United States Army Veteran, I bring a strong sense of discipline and dedication to everything I do. Currently, I serve as Vice President of Business Development at Trilogy Federal, where I drive strategic growth across Federal health care agencies. With over 20 years of experience in government contracting, I've secured significant contracts exceeding $739 million, including major projects with VA, HHS, and NIH. My expertise spans data management, cloud technologies, and enterprise system integration. I leverage my technical background and leadership skills to develop innovative solutions that transform Government operations. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Management from the State University of New York Polytechnical Institute. Currently pursuing master's degrees in Cybersecurity and Global Leadership Strategies from National Defense University as well as a Master of Science Degree in Finance from University of Maryland, I remain committed to continuous learning and delivering exceptional value to our Federal partners.
